Photograph each shirt with a sheet of paper beside it
The paper is the trick. A sheet of letter paper is a known size, so one photo of it next to a shirt tells us how big everything in that photo really is. No measuring, no tape, no guessing.
Lay the whole quilt out at true size
Every shirt appears at the size it will actually be. Move blocks around, divide a block into two or four so two small shirts share one space, and see the logo sit where you want it before anything is cut. On a Mosaic layout, where you draw the blocks yourself, you can also make any one block bigger or smaller.
Choose what gets cut, and from where
Drag the crop over each shirt to pick the part you want — the logo centred, the sleeve out of the way, the seam where you can live with it. On a Mosaic layout you can also cut more than one block from the same shirt, the front graphic for one and a plain section for another, as long as the two pieces do not overlap.
Print the cut list and go and cut
Every piece, grouped by shirt: its finished size, its cut size with the seam allowance already added, and the stabilizer rectangle that goes behind it. It is the same sheet our own workroom cuts from.
What the pass does not include
We do not make the quilt. Nothing is posted to us, nothing is cut here, and there is no place in our workroom queue. You keep your shirts the whole time and you do the sewing.
If you would rather we made it — cut, sewn together, layered and stitched right through, then posted back to you — that is an order rather than a pass, and it starts at our order page. The design tools come with it either way.
A year, and then what?
When the year runs out you can still open every quilt you made, look at every layout and print every cut list — for as long as we are here. What stops is adding new shirts and changing a layout. We are not going to lock you out of your own photographs.
It is a pass, not a subscription. It does not renew on its own, there is no card kept on file, and there is nothing to cancel. $59.99, once. If you want another year later, you buy another year.
