So you design the quilt.
Which shirt goes in the middle. Which two belong side by side. Whether the small text under the logo survives the cut. Those aren’t design decisions — they’re memories, and you’re the only person who has them.
Anyone else can only arrange your shirts by colour and size, because that’s the only thing that arrives in the box.
Choose what every block shows.
The logo, the number, the joke on the back — you drag the frame, and what's inside is what gets sewn.

If a design fills a 15-inch block, you'll see it fill the block — on screen, before you commit.
A small chest logo doesn't have to float.
Split one block into four and it sits with three others — instead of marooned in the middle of an empty square.
Put the people in, not just the shirts.
Print a photograph onto a block and set it among the jerseys. Both sides of a shirt can count too, when the back is the good bit.
Nothing is cut until you've seen it.
On screen you can move a shirt a hundred times for nothing. After the cutter, none. So we put the point of no return after you've looked.
All it takes is your phone and one sheet of paper.
Photograph each shirt with letter paper beside it and tap the paper's corners — that's how the studio knows every shirt's real size. Ten seconds a shirt, and the paper never touches the quilt.

We cut and stitch
We look over every shirt when it arrives and tell you before we cut anything. Then it's hand-finished and posted back.
Quilt or blanket?
The difference is layers.
The quilt is three layers — your shirts, soft batting, fabric back — stitched all the way across. Warm and substantial, the one that gets handed down. The blanket is two layers joined at the edge: lighter, drapier, and less. Same shirts, two ways to keep them close.
